2025  Tournament Details:

PROGRAM OF EVENTS (1:00-7:30pm)

  • 1:00PM Golf Registration & Golfer Welcome BBQ in the Mountain View Room (main clubhouse)

  • 1:45PM Golfers make their way to their first hole

  • 2:00PM 9-hole Alternate Shot begins on the Bridges. All other guests are encouraged to watch the golf! There will be a “Heckle Hole” on #9 teebox (so come make some noise and have a drink!) *Sponsored by Matco

  • 4:30PM The 'Shindig' begins in the Mountain View Banquet Room & Patio. There will be snacks, veggie & cheese platter, chicken wings, chicken fingers and fries for the kids, a poutine station, an Ice Cream sundae bar, sweet treats, coffee & tea, and a Cash Bar once your drink tickets are gone! *Please note, it is not a formal sit down dinner but there will be lots of food

  • 5:30PM Golf Prizes, Brief MC Speech, Thank You's

  • 6:30PM Close of the evening with the 50/50 Raffle

 

REGISTRATION FEES:

  • $85 Golf Fee => 9 hole alternate shot golf tournament! (This fee includes your registration BBQ & 2 drink tickets, treats on the golf course, and plenty of snacks, veggie&cheese platter, appetizers, and a poutine bar the Shindig!) 

  • $15 Non-Golfer Fee => (This fee includes 1 drink ticket to be used on course or at the Shindig, and all of the yummy food inside the mountain view room!) 

  • Powercarts => $25 for 2 riders or $19 for 1 rider (these are rented directly from the golf course in the pro shop)

  • KIDS (18 & under!) ARE FREE
